Jozy is involved in EEG, executive function, and peer relationship data collection with middle schoolers at the Catamount School.

Mia (she/her) enjoys writing and hopes to be a published author by the age of 30. She also enjoys reading and being outside. One goal of hers is to become a Child Psychologist for 10-14 year olds or a Social Worker serving children and families in low-income communities. She is researching the social media implications of comprehensive sexual education (or lack thereof), specifically how social media is a tool for sex education and how adolescents use social media as such.

Krysta enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, staying active and trying new foods. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her little sister. Currently, she is an undergraduate majoring in psychology. After she graduates, she hopes to enter the physical therapy program and specialize in pelvic floor therapy.

Emma (she/her) is pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology to eventually become an inpatient therapist and help those in a crisis situation at an overnight treatment facility. She is naturally curious person who enjoys asking “why?” and learning about human behavior. After class hours, Emma enjoys reading, discovering new music artists, and creating art in any form. She is focused on assisting researchers with their studies.

Alison is interested in emerging adult dating relationships. She is currently involved in the project: Examining digital behaviors in romantic relationships among college students, which is a collaborative project supervised by Dr. Mindy Weathers from the Communications Department. In her free time, Alison is an avid rock climber and leads the indoor lead climbing program at WCU.
